Google saves the ‘L’ for Love

As many of you may know, today is Valentine’s Day and for many love is in the air. For others loneliness. For many others lust. Whatever the case may be, Valentine’s day is a day inwhich a lot of ‘L’ words get tossed around.
But I’m not the only one who noticed this. Google did too. I’m sure the good people over at Google.com have made a fair share of revenue off of letters like ‘L’ and many others, and now they are giving back.
You see the internet is not just a series of tubes. It’s also made up of the numbers and letters that flow through these tubes. Google is aware of this as they are aware of the need for the letter ‘L’ on days like today. As a motion of community service, they have selflessly omitted the ‘L’ from Google in their holiday graphic in order to conserve the supply of L’s for the rest of us.
That is why I would like you and the many other netizens to join me in saying thanks to Google (or should we say ‘Googe’).
Google, Your quiet act of sacrifice has not gone unnoticed.

I use ‘L’ all the time. I’m never gonna stop using it. I don’t care how trendy googe is!

I’ve been referring to you as “Femo” for a long time Paul. Even after the baby came.
